IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Products should be returned within 5 days after receiving a RMA number.
Products should not be used
A copy of the RMA sheet and invoice should be added to the returning shipment.
The product should be in its original packing, without having notes, damages and/or other types of tape. We only accept packages with transparent tape.
For incorrect ordering, we’ll charge 20% restocking fee.
When these conditions do not apply, the returning shipment wont be accepted and returned to you.
