If you want to return your order, please contact us through the Contact Us button on the bottom right corner, via a Return Form or via telephone number: +31 30 233 44 05.

You can return your product if it fits the following conditions:

• You have 7 days from the delivery date to return the product
• Only broken items (upon arrival), warranty products, wrong advised or unused items can be returned
• For damaged (upon arrival) or wrong advised products you don't need to worry about sending the items - we will pick it up.
• Wrong ordered product. You can return it, but you'll have to send it yourself.
• For wrong advised items that have been shipped by us, we will arrange the pick up.
  
• Returning without return form -  we will charge an extra fee of 20% of the item amount.

You can request a return form, we will send it to you and you can then ship the products back to us.
